Artemis Location is a property agency offering rentals across all four seasons, with a wide range of holiday rental properties, from apartments to luxury villas with pools.
These beautiful properties have been selected for their quality and this is what makes Artemis successful.
In 2010, after spending 13 years in the United Kingdom where he became a real estate professional managing over 400 properties, Alexandre Druet decided to come to live in Ile de Ré, which he knew well, having spent many childhood holidays here in his family’s holiday home.
He created Artémis Location which stands out from the competition through its specialist approach to seasonal rental management and rental valuations. An experienced and recognised professional, comfortable in both English- and French-speaking cultures, he combines a friendly and rigorous approach.
In 2018, he was joined by his partner Aude Guillemine, who had already gained 15 years’ experience in the tourism sector. Her various roles had given her experience in accommodation management, notably high-end hotels, and in sales for tour operators. For 8 years she worked on promoting the Ile de Ré region throughout France and abroad.
Our agency is open all year round.
In season (from April to October), we are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays continuously (our teams are on the ground to ensure departures and arrivals)
Out of season (November to March), you can reach us Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
